What You’ll Do:
- Proactively engage with potential and existing clients through community events, referrals, and outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions, including Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance.
- Clearly explain policy options and benefits, making complex insurance easy to understand.
- Close sales while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records and utilize CRM tools to manage client information efficiently.
- Follow up to ensure ongoing client support and explore opportunities for additional coverage or referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and sharpen sales techniques.
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and licensing requirements.
- Represent Webb Insurance and Financial at local events to build community trust and brand awareness.
Who You Are:
- Licensed or willing to obtain licenses in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance.
- Eager to develop your sales skills with a positive, customer-first attitude.
- A confident communicator and relationship-builder — multilingual skills are a plus!
- Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using technology; CRM experience is a bonus.
- Open to ongoing learning, coaching, and professional growth.
- Previous insurance sales experience is a plus but not required — passion and potential matter most!
